Life Line Health Screening
Thursday, August 26
Strokes are the third leading cause of death in the U.S. and can strike without warning. Four out of five people who have had a stroke showed no apparent warning signs prior to their attack.
On August 26, there will be a Life Line Screening preventive health event to scan for the risk of stroke and other vascular conditions here at PR.
Flyers with more information and prices are available in the lobby, as well as a sign up sheet. If you sign up at the Information Center by this Sunday, July 25, you will receive a $10 discount. For more information go to www.lifelinescreening.com.

Ste Philomene School Sponsorship
Families at PR have been sponsoring 50 students at Ste Philomene church of Christ in Cap Haitian, Haiti for 8 years. We raised funds to build their church and classroom buildings and also held medical clinics there. We are once again looking for student sponsorships. 19 children are covered and 31 more need sponsors. The cost is only $15 pre month. You will be giving a child the opportunity to receive an education, a meal and to learn about God's love for them.
